These are by far the best sweet potatoes ever.
My father in law tried them last year for the first time and raved about them. My husband loves them, they are his favorite!!!

My Mom's Candied Sweet Potatoes
Joann Sheetz-Sharp-Laudeman
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c water
1/4 c butter
1/4 c butter
1 large can Bruce's yams (or 6 whole cooked sweet potatoes)
Cook brown sugar, water and butter until it begins to boil.
Add drained sweet potatoes and simmer 20-30 min uncovered.
We quadruple this for Thanksgiving Dinner.

I make a dish like this , just like this with the addition of a bit of cinnamon..so yummy!
