I, too, am an apron wearer. Always h...I loved this! I, too, am an apron wearer. Always have been... mostly to avoid those nasty stains that never come out. When my daughters were small enough to wear what-ever I made them wear I sewed them pinafores. They had an arsenal of stained pinafores, but a closet full of clean clothes. My favourite "apron" for when I'm splatter-frying, is a thick terry-cloth bib-like apron that I simply slip over my head.
